I am currently studying Information Science at University of Michigan School of Information with a specialization in Data Analytics and Data Science. Prior to moving to Ann Arbor, I was working as a Product Manager in Singapore and Shanghai, optimising the interaction experience and resolution ability of Chatbot and Voice bot to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Originally from Shanghai, I have studied in New York and London with an interest in digital technology and human behaviour change. I always aim to build impactful and interactive digital products with both user-centric and data-informed approaches. At workplace, I value estalishing mutual communication and empathy in a collaborative atmohsphere. I consider myself a multidisciplinary team player and I can initiate smart product decisions in both strategy and execution levels.
